Stefan Sawh

Stefan Sawh heads the Commercial Team at Oleeo. He joined in December 2016, after leading the Asia region for a leading ATS vendor. Stefan spent the last 10 years on the expat trail, leading cross functional teams in Dubai, Hong Kong and Malaysia before returning to the UK and settling in the village of Pirton in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Originally from London, he’s settled well into rural life, and spends most weekends ferrying his children to horse-riding lessons, and donning his Wellington boots for walks in the countryside.

He brings 13 years of broad experience within the recruitment industry – learning his trade within executive search in London, before moving client-side within the hospitality sector, and finally moving into the e-recruitment industry. Stefan has extensive experience in the recruitment process engineering, ATS Implementation and Employer Branding. He has a passion for customer success, and is an advocate of best practice consulting when delivering and supporting HR technology implementations. In his role at Oleeo he is responsible for ensuring that clients remain at the center of our efforts, and that we continue to impact their operational and strategic success.
