Charles Hipps

Charles Hipps founded Oleeo in 1995, launching the world’s first e-recruitment solution. An innovator by nature, Charles has never stopped looking for new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition. Having been at the forefront of utilising AI and automation to aid recruitment teams, Charles and his team went on to develop the first diversity bench-marking tools for recruiters. Always one step ahead in the world of TA technology, Charles’ passion shows no signs of slowing.

A graduate from Oxford University, Charles has lived all over the world. Known (by some) as Fishy or The Wave, you can find him in the pool or sea most days. He loves to cycle and has cycled in South America, North America, China, New Zealand, down the Nile, and through Vietnam! Charles loves spending time with his family when he’s not busy leading the team at Oleeo.
