Jack Hobson is Head of Technology at Oleeo. A mechanical engineering graduate, Jack is responsible for the latest evolution of the Oleeo e-recruitment system and was pivotal in leading the team that built it from concept to a mature, successful product. Born and raised in Croydon, Jack is a craftsman in his spare time and enjoys making tools and blades, as well as partaking in horology.
Jack loathes leaving projects unfinished and is competitive at making sure that his technology is the optimum solution to any industry problem. He believes in the need for proven returns on investment as the real test of any new innovations in order to efficiently process large volumes of applications. His advice to the next generation of talent is to make sure they find a job that matches their skills.
